This notice explains what happens to the information you choose to share with the independent specialist network.
What BotGuide collects
Experience relevant to focused work.
BotGuide collects the form fields you submit: name, email, professional links, primary discipline, the kinds of problems and work that interest you, examples of experience, availability and preferred engagement size, and an optional supporting-work link.
The form does not request government identification, protected-class information, salary history, a street address, or file uploads.
Purpose
Human evaluation and possible project matching.
BotGuide evaluates specialist interest information to understand relevant experience and fit for its way of working, contact you, and consider possible project matching for a specific future engagement. Web3Forms does not evaluate the information; it only delivers the submission to BotGuide.
A submission is not automatically scored or ranked, and it does not promise an engagement.
Processing and access
Delivered by Web3Forms. Access kept narrow.
Web3Forms receives and processes the submission only to deliver it to BotGuide. It does not evaluate specialist information or decide project fit. Within BotGuide, access is limited on a least-privilege basis to the people responsible for evaluating interest, protecting the records, or considering fit for specific work.
BotGuide does not sell this information or reuse it for unrelated marketing, demos, or model training.
Browser-tab recovery
An unsent draft stays with this tab.
While you complete the specialist interest form, unsent answers are saved in sessionStorage for recovery in this browser tab. The local draft is removed when a confirmed submission resets the form or when the tab closes.
Retention
A proposed one-year boundary.
BotGuide proposes retaining specialist interest information for up to one year after submission so it can consider relevant future work. This retention period must be approved before the page is published to production.
Information may be kept longer when a legal hold, recordkeeping obligation, dispute, or signed engagement requires it.
Your requests
Ask for correction or deletion.
Contact BotGuide at website@botgui.de to ask a question or request correction or deletion of specialist interest information. BotGuide will respond subject to applicable legal-hold and recordkeeping exceptions.
