Founder Fit privacy notice

How Founder Fit information is handled.

This notice explains the practical boundaries around a Founder Fit submission before you send it.

What BotGuide collects

Context for a mutual conversation.

Founder Fit answers and contact details include the operating future you want, the issue you are experiencing, why it matters now, your participation context, and the contact information you choose to provide.

Why BotGuide uses it

To prepare a human response.

BotGuide uses a submitted Founder Fit response to understand the operating context, prepare a mutual-selection conversation, and respond to the inquiry. It is not used to score, rank, or make an automated decision about a business.

Web3Forms processing

A form-delivery provider.

BotGuide sends submitted Founder Fit information to Web3Forms so it can be delivered to BotGuide. Web3Forms states in its documentation that its servers are in the US East region and that server logs may contain personally identifiable information.

Those are Web3Forms provider statements, not legal guarantees by BotGuide. Review the official Web3Forms FAQ for its current privacy and processing information.

Browser-tab recovery

A draft stays with this tab.

While you work through Founder Fit, the form keeps an unsent draft in sessionStorage for this browser tab. Reset or closing the tab clears that local draft. Sending the form also clears the stored draft.

Referral-partner boundary

Introductions stay separate.

Founder Fit answers are not shared with referral partners by default. Referral context, when present, is kept separate from the answers you submit and does not include those answers.

Privacy questions

Ask before sending.

If you have a question about this notice or do not want to use the form, contact BotGuide at website@botgui.de before you submit a Founder Fit response.
